On the 16th of September 2018, a quiet Monday morning for Alaçatı, our team set out to collect trash from around our hotel. We have since been on the street every Monday, come rain and shine, to draw attention to how we use and dispose of our resources.

We are an active supporter of the “Birds of Alaçatı” watering hole, home to Alaçatı’s unique bird species and visit local beaches to spread our message. Through perseverance and continuity, we aim to inspire people to do the same in their towns too.

Protecting the green, respecting the local

Our operations run with utmost respect for nature.

We are committed to making our garden an oasis and using our own plants for decorations, details and desserts! Our Chef Hüseyin Pancar shops from the local Alaçatı bazaar and only serves what’s in season, contributing to the local economy as well as respecting nature in her own time.
